Spatiotemporal Splitting of Distribution Networks Into Self-Healing Resilient Microgrids Using an Adjustable Interval Optimization

چکیده

The distribution networks can convincingly break down into small-scale self-controllable areas, namely microgrids (?G), to substitute ?Gs arrangements for effectively coping with perturbations. This flexible structure not only could potentially possess the strength recover quickly, but also ensures supply of vital loads and preserves functionalities under any contingency. To achieve these targets, this article examines a novel spatiotemporal algorithm split existing network set self-healing ?Gs. In endeavor, after designing by determining mix heterogeneous generation resources allocating remotely controlled switches, operational scheduling is decomposed interconnected islanded modes. main intention in grid-tied state maximize profit while equilibrating load at sectionalizing on-fault area, executing rescheduling, reconfiguration shedding when grid interrupted. proposed problem formulated as an exact computationally efficient mixed integer linear programming relying on column & constraint framework adjustable interval optimization envisaged make less susceptible against renewables variability. Finally, effectiveness model adequately assured performing realistic case study.

A Multi-Agent System Coordination Approach for Resilient Self-Healing Operation of Multiple Microgrids

Power networks with multiple microgrids require more flexibility and versatility in their coordination tools and decision-making tools from both technical and economical points of view. In particular, the microgrids involve a high penetration of variable energy resources which motivates the need for new coordination and control approaches. In this paper, some of the literature gaps with respect...

A Survey on Smart Agent-Based Microgrids for Resilient/Self-Healing Grids

This paper presents an overview of our body of work on the application of smart control techniques for the control and management of microgrids (MGs). The main focus here is on the application of distributed multi-agent system (MAS) theory in multi-objective (MO) power management of MGs to find the Pareto-front of the MO power management problem. In addition, the paper presents the application ...

Resilient Distribution System by Forming/coupling Microgrids in Extreme Contigencies

The ability of the distribution system to efficiently withstand low-probability, high-impact events; while enabling a quick recovery and restoration to the normal state is interpreted as resiliency. Microgrids with distributed generation (DG) provide a resilient solution in the case of major faults in a distribution system due to natural disasters. Microgrids could be formed to supply the maxim...
